Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 21 July 2026

1. General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the services provided by Farbmit Magyarország Kft. (seat: 2400 Dunaújváros, Százszorszép utca 8., Hungary; company reg. no.: 07 09 037658; tax no.: 32315970-2-07; represented by Antonio Sulák, managing director; the "Contractor"). The Terms govern the relationship between the Contractor and the Client. The Contractor reserves the right to amend the Terms; the current version is available at farbmit.hu.

2. Scope of services

The Contractor carries out facade and roof coating works, specialising primarily in the renovation of family homes and apartment buildings. The service includes, among others, the on-site survey, surface preparation (cleaning, repair, priming) and the application of the coating according to the systems used by the Contractor.

3. Enquiry, survey, conclusion of contract

Completing the forms and the calculator on the website does not constitute an order; it serves contact or information purposes only. Any accurate quote is always based on a free on-site survey. Work is carried out on the basis of a written contract, without an advance payment. The contract is concluded upon signature by the parties.

4. Prices and payment terms

The fee for the service is set out in the individual written quote and the contract concluded on its basis. Unless otherwise stated, prices are indicative; the final price is determined after the survey. The method and schedule of payment are set out in the contract.

5. Performance, deadlines

Work is carried out according to the deadlines set out in the contract. The Client shall provide the conditions necessary for the work (access, water and electricity supply, etc.). Weather conditions may affect the application of coatings; the Contractor is not liable for justified delays resulting from these.

6. Warranty

The Contractor provides a warranty for the work performed as specified in the contract and bears the warranty obligations set out in the applicable law. Any complaints must be reported by the Client without delay, in writing, to info@farbmit.hu.

7. Withdrawal, cancellation

Withdrawal from the contract or cancellation of the order is possible as set out in the contract. Work already started or completed and any costs incurred shall be borne by the Client.

8. Data processing

The Contractor processes the Client's personal data as described in the Privacy Notice, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Hungarian law.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by an unforeseeable and unavoidable event (force majeure) beyond its control.

10. Final provisions

Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code and applicable Hungarian law. The parties shall seek to settle disputes amicably.
